The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including rent collection and accounting Lease administration and renewal Maintenance and repairs coordination Resident relations and customer service Compliance with company policies and procedures Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement Develop and implement strategies to increase resident satisfaction and retention Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance requests Prepare and present regular property reports to management, including financial and operational metrics Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement changes as necessary Requirements 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in a similar role High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, real estate) preferred Strong knowledge of property management software and systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Salary: $60,000 per year Note: The salary listed is a general guideline and may be adjusted based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
