Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and needs.

• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with their therapeutic goals.

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health conditions using evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Provide family and individual therapy sessions, focusing on crisis management, coping strategies, and emotional support.

• Facilitate referrals to community services, support groups, and other mental health professionals to enhance patient care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop discharge plans that ensure continuity of care and resource accessibility post-therapy.

• Comply with all relevant clinical guidelines and regulations as stipulated by federal, state, and local authorities.

• Document all client interactions and updates comprehensively, maintaining confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA standards.

• Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and support from all stakeholders involved in their care.

• Identify patients at risk for readmission or complications and coordinate effectively with care team members to mitigate risks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Mental Health Therapist will work primarily with adult clients suffering from various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Mental Health Therapist position at Bright Health offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, in addition to an opportunity for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. We aim to provide a supportive work environment that values your expertise and personal well-being.
