Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will engage in a variety of important tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to thoroughly determine each client's mental health status.

• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to meet clients’ unique needs and goals.
\n
• Providing individual therapy sessions for adults using evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Delivering virtual therapy sessions via a HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform, ensuring confidentiality and a secure environment for client interactions.

• Responding to crisis situations and providing appropriate intervention services when necessary.

• Participating in ongoing professional development and training to remain current with evolving mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients who seek assistance for a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. By utilizing a person-centered approach, you will help clients in navigating their emotional struggles, fostering resilience, and promoting overall mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A valid and current license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills that demonstrate empathy and understanding.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage client caseload effectively.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions on record.
\n

Preferred Experience\n
