We currently are accepting résumés for the part time position of Accounting Assistant.Job responsibilities include assisting in all areas of the Accounting Department, including -· Customer invoicing and billing, including some follow-up collection calls· Manage general ledger, including reconciling accounts and monthly adjustments· Processing transactions related to ServiceMaster franchise fees· Other duties as assignedRequirements include:· High level of competency using QuickBooks Desktop Pro and Excel· Strong organization, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills· Able to multitask with limited supervision· Communicate effectively, professionally, and accurately in verbal and written English· Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar positionOur business has experienced solid growth for several years, and we anticipate continued, long-term growth.
