Job Description
We are looking for an Office Manager at a Medical Office to join our team. Some Healthcare knowledge preferred but not required. The position is for approximately 20-30 hours per week. If part-time no benefits. If full-time, medical and dental insurance, pto, 401(k) with matching.
Executive Assistant for Medical Office:
- Ensure implementation of office policies and procedures
- Assist in overseeing all financial operations
- Supervises, trains, and evaluates administrative staff, if needed
- Helps sets the staffing schedule, calendaring same
- Hires and onboards new administrative staff
- Ensures that customer service standards are met
- Collaborates with nurses, doctors, and executives
- Works with doctors and staff to set goals, objectives, and budgets
- Assist in ensuring regulations, guidelines, and standards are followed
- Assists in payroll and AP
Office Manager for Medical Office Qualifications and Skills:
- Works well independently and has strong operational skills
- Excels at customer service and has strong interpersonal skills
- Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Develops strong relationships with coworkers and has strong leadership skills
- Communicates effectively and has strong verbal and written communication skills
