Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations
Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Coordinate with external auditors and assist with audit requests
Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support key business decisions

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience managing month-end close and financial statement preparation
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
CPA, CMA, or public accounting experience is a plus
