Senior Vice President, Production Services Application Support

Senior Vice President, Production Services Application Support This position is located in Lake Mary, FL. Responsibilities Maintain and support highly complex applications and their operating environments. Perform complex troubleshooting as a subject‑matter expert for a portfolio of applications. Ensure appropriate monitoring and alerting setup and lead root‑cause analysis and problem management for complex problems spanning multiple applications to address underlying technical issues. Lead production readiness reviews and PTO controls for new releases and projects, analyze system requirements, and review plans for major projects and initiatives to ensure they meet system needs. Collaborate with development, quality assurance, operations, support, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to manage application capacity, monitoring, instrumentation, and major changes. Design, implement, and maintain automation toolsets for configuration management, infrastructure, and application deployment processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree is beneficial. 10-12 years of diverse experience in multiple areas of information technology required. Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. Experience handling complex incident, problem management, and troubleshooting. May mentor or provide guidance to junior team members.
