Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ psychological and emotional needs through interviews, observations, and review of medical histories.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves patients in the hospice setting, who often present with complicated emotional responses to terminal illnesses, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. You will work closely with patients and their families, offering emotional support and practical resources to facilitate conversations about end-of-life care, grief, and loss.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license in New Jersey required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
