Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a clinician, working directly with assigned clients suffering from major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Establish rapport and trust with clients by actively listening and providing empathetic support tailored to individual needs.

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations, utilizing evidence-based tools to track client progress.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that link clients to additional community services and healthcare providers.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy, focusing on treatment modalities that empower clients.

• Monitor client outcomes, ensuring services are aligned with identified presenting problems and recovery goals.

• Participate in crisis intervention as necessary, utilizing de-escalation techniques to manage acute situations effectively.

• Maintain complete documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress, ensuring compliance with professional standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

San Ysidro Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
