Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Right Path Counseling, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children, identifying their unique needs and developmental areas requiring intervention.
\n
• Participate actively in developing and implementing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary team members.
\n
• Monitor child progress and outcomes consistently to ensure that services are meeting established goals and reach optimal developmental milestones.
\n
• Provide direct support to families, offering practical guidance and resources aimed at enhancing their child’s development.
\n
• Administer periodic evaluations and assessments to adapt services to the evolving needs of the children and families.
\n
• Develop strong rapport with children, families, and colleagues to create nurturing, engaging environments that foster healthy development.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices in developing treatment strategies and suggestions.
\n
• Deliver developmental information and skill-building tools to families to strengthen their involvement in their child's growth.
\n
• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations, as well as agency policies and best practices to ensure safety and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves the youngest members of our community, focusing on children with disabilities or developmental delays. You will play a critical role in providing early intervention services that support the physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills of children during their formative years. Engaging directly with these children and their families, you will help pave the way for healthier developmental outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.
\n
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey, issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license to facilitate travel to service locations when necessary.
\n
• Strong commitment to adapting therapeutic techniques to accommodate different learning styles and developmental needs.

• One year of experience working directly with children in early intervention settings.
\n
• A dedication to implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices.
\n
• Bilingual skills are encouraged to better serve our diverse population.

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates with:

Compensation and Benefits\n
