Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions with stable, low-acuity adults, providing the clinical support they require.

• Thoroughly evaluate clients' physical, mental, and emotional states to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans.

• Implement solution-focused therapy techniques to assist clients in overcoming challenges, and regularly monitor their progress towards achieving therapeutic goals.

• Guide clients in the development of coping skills and strategies tailored to their specific needs, thereby promoting self-efficacy and resilience.

• Document and track client progress diligently, ensuring all records are maintained in accordance with best practices in confidentiality and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on providing mental health support to students within a school setting. You'll work closely with adolescents and young adults, addressing a range of issues such as stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, and developmental transitions. You'll conduct engagement strategies that resonate with this age group, ensuring that therapy is relatable and impactful.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent by the state board.

• Acceptable licensure includes LMFT, LPC, or PsyD; provisional licenses or those under disciplinary review will not be considered.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
