What You'll Do

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound client activity daily
  • Work closely with existing clients who run frequent ads (daily/weekly schedules)
  • Execute quick-turn sales cycles with a focus on speed and accuracy
  • Handle order-taking, updates, and campaign adjustments efficiently
  • Maintain strong organization across multiple active accounts and deadlines
  • Use Salesforce to track activity, manage pipeline, and stay on top of deliverables
  • Balance client communication, order processing, and prospecting throughout the day
What You Bring

  • 2-5+ years of sales or customer-facing experience (high-volume environments preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transactional sales setting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort managing multiple clients and priorities at once
  • Quick decision-making and adaptability
  • Coachability and a strong work ethic
What Success Looks Like

  • First 3 months: Learn systems, manage client flow, and build speed and confidence
  • 6 months: Handle high volume efficiently with strong accuracy and consistency
  • 12 months: Fully productive, managing a large book of business with ease

Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience.
