Overview About The Company Our client is an investment firm that focuses its investments and acquisitions on pharmaceutical fintech companies. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of periodic filings with the SEC and prepare related supporting schedules Assist in the preparation of the U.S. GAAP disclosure checklist Perform tie-out procedures on quarterly and annual financial reports, earning releases related materials, and other externally reported materials Review and assist in the preparation of the annual greenhouse gas emission report Perform benchmarking research of peer companies on financial disclosure and disclosure requirements Maintain awareness of regulatory changes and expected changes to accounting policies or filing requirements Maintain documentation supporting SOX compliance Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting 2-5 years of related experience Experience at a public accounting firm or at a public company with SEC reporting experience Experience with Workiva or Netsuite a plus CPA required or parts passed Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Salary Range $100,000-$150,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
