Property Manager

Property Management Associates is seeking a full‑time onsite Property Manager to oversee two properties totaling 72 units in West Hollywood, CA. The role includes a free one‑bedroom apartment. Compensation $23–25.00 per hour Free 1‑bedroom apartment Job Responsibilities Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk‑throughs, paying particular attention to preventive maintenance items. Conduct unit, property inspections and maintenance upkeep. Service of notes and all aspects of day‑to‑day management. Market, conduct tours and lease apartments. Conduct competitive market rent analysis reporting. Job Requirements Minimum of 3 years conventional multifamily property management experience. Knowledge of property accounting (Yardi). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective organizational and multi‑tasking skills. Proficiency with computers and strong Microsoft Office knowledge. Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff & vendors; proven ability to market and lease apartments. Must live on‑site. One weekend per week required and on‑call availability as needed. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Background check, DMV check, and pre‑employment physical required as part of application.
