Administrative Assistant

Under the direction of a Director, perform a variety of secretarial and administrative assistant duties to relieve the administrator of administrative and clerical detail; plan, coordinate and organize office activities and coordinate flow of communications, correspondence and information for the administrator.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school and four years of clerical or secretarial experience involving frequent public contact. All employment with the Tuolumne County Superintendent of Schools is contingent upon successful completion of all pre-employment requirements which includes but is not limited to fingerprinting, physical exam, and verification of negative tuberculosis.
