Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that maximize revenue across all segments—group, corporate, leisure, and catering. Lead and inspire the Sales and Marketing team, cultivating a high-performance culture grounded in collaboration and accountability. Oversee digital marketing efforts, social media presence, and brand storytelling to align with property goals and the OTH brand voice. Drive market awareness and business growth through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and participation in industry events. Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and performance metrics to adjust strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Manage the hotel’s marketing calendar, media buys, promotions, and public relations initiatives in collaboration with internal and external partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, meeting planners, and local organizations to drive repeat and referral business. Coordinate with Revenue Management, Operations, and Brand teams to optimize pricing, packaging, and guest experience touchpoints. Oversee CRM and reporting tools to ensure accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and performance analysis. Serve as brand champion for the property, ensuring all sales and marketing materials reflect our identity and Unscripted Hospitality culture. Who You Are A creative and analytical leader with a passion for both revenue generation and brand impact. Experienced in hotel sales and marketing, with a proven record of driving performance across multiple channels. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into compelling campaigns and actionable plans. A skilled communicator who understands how to connect with different audiences, from clients to media to internal teams. Tech-savvy and fluent in digital marketing, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
