Secretary & Physician Liaison (Operations Coordinator)
Medical practice in Rockland County, NY, is looking for a secretary who will be also in charge to ensure of the well functionning of the practice, that the workflow follws the schedule, that physicians complete their tasks on time. For this this position, you must at ease to exert your administrative authority on others to prevent, organize and correct any problem that may be disrupting. You must be more inclined to instruct others that being instructed and not intimidated. The position is only two days a week but with a potential to become full time and to offer a position in the leadership of the practice if you demonstrate your reliability and capability. No prior experience or qualification are required but we expect a letter of motivation .

- Compensation: Premium base salary + performance-tied volume bonuses
