Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that address those needs.

• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to promote clients’ mental health and well-being.

• Collaborate with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Utilize teletherapy tools and techniques to provide accessible mental health services to clients who may have mobility challenges or reside in remote areas.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to uphold ethical standards and facilitate effective care delivery.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in marriage and family therapy.

Qualifications\n

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

• Must demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach to client experiences and struggles.

• The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
