Role Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. This is a remote position, and the candidate can choose to work either full-time or part-time.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify business needs and requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Create detailed business and functional requirements documentation
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that the requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications
- Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that the final product meets business requirements
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users
- Continuously monitor and report on project progress and identify potential risks and issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
