Founding Administrative Coordinator

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to help build something from the ground up. This isn’t a typical administrative position. You’ll become an essential part of launching and growing a brand that is passionate about health, wellness, recovery, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Our founder is exceptional at connecting with people, building relationships, and creating an unforgettable customer experience. We’re looking for someone who complements those strengths by owning the organizational, technology, and marketing side of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage daily administrative operations and scheduling
  • Keep the business organized using digital tools and software
  • Coordinate appointments and communicate with clients
  • Manage and grow social media accounts
  • Create engaging content including photos, videos, reels, and stories
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and community events
  • Respond to messages, reviews, and online inquiries
  • Help improve systems, processes, and efficiencies
  • Track projects and ensure important tasks are completed on time
  • Support the owner with day-to-day operations and special projects

 

 

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Loves technology and quickly learns new software
  • Has experience with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Can create professional, engaging content
  • Is proactive and solves problems without waiting to be asked
  • Communicates professionally and confidently
  • Enjoys working with people while also handling behind-the-scenes responsibilities
  • Has an entrepreneurial mindset and wants to grow with a company
  • Brings positive energy, creativity, and a “let’s figure it out” attitude every day

 

 

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Photography or video editing skills
  • Familiarity with CRM or scheduling software
  • Experience in health, wellness, fitness, chiropractic, medical spa, or hospitality environments
