Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and collaboratively develop treatment plans that address individual client needs, including crisis intervention and behavioral guidelines.

• Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engage actively in the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans, working alongside interdisciplinary teams.

• Serve as a liaison among various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance collaborative efforts for client success.

• Maintain open lines of communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency aligned with our organizational mission.

• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the quality and credibility of our services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a behavioral health field is mandatory.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license issued by the state board is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
