Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather vital information regarding clients' mental health, identifying their needs, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate coordinated, comprehensive care tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific goals and interventions based on therapists' evaluations and client feedback.

• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety plans as required, ensuring that urgent client needs are swiftly met.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring timely updates in our clinical systems.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to provide clients with additional knowledge and tools for recovery.

Our client population consists of individuals facing substance use disorders, along with co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
