Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, addiction history, and available support systems, identifying their unique challenges and resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused approaches tailored to specific client needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, setting achievable goals and selecting interventions aimed at addressing both mental health and substance use concerns.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to devise and monitor integrated treatment strategies for clients, ensuring continuity and holistic care.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning during high-stress situations to safeguard clients' well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation complying with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring a consistent approach to client care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes, fostering an environment for shared experiences and peer support among participants.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults undergoing detoxification, as well as individuals presenting with co-occurring mental health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related challenges. Our clients often face complex social and emotional difficulties that require a compassionate, comprehensive approach to support their recovery journeys. You will work closely with each client to provide tailored interventions that empower their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health or outpatient settings, particularly with addiction and substance use disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus.
