Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients' strengths and needs, ensuring personalized care.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, offering counseling to individuals, couples, families, and group sessions.

• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers, including physicians and nursing staff, to create and implement cohesive treatment strategies that support clients’ holistic wellness.

• Advocate for clients by facilitating access to necessary community resources and support services, ensuring their rights are upheld.

• Utilize electronic health records to meticulously document client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes to maintain compliance and transparency.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
