Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for clients, gathering a thorough psychological and social history to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions that range from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to mindfulness-based approaches, ensuring a client-centered focus.

• Regularly document patient progress and adapt treatment strategies as required, maintaining accurate and timely progress notes that meet compliance standards.

• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all counseling and therapeutic services, contributing positively to our organization’s reputation and client satisfaction.

• Adhere to all service agreements and ensure compliance with relevant organizational policies and procedures.

Our clients come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated mastery of core clinical skills, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and progress note documentation.
\n
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience providing mental health services in diverse settings.
\n
• Exceptional ability to provide empathetic and effective patient care, demonstrating a commitment to client improvement and well-being.

Preferred Experience\n

• Expertise in multiple therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care practices.

• Experience working within telehealth environments, utilizing technology effectively to engage clients.

• Background in school-based counseling or working with youth populations is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
