Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to communicate patient progress, needs, concerns, and issues that arise during treatment.

• Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to department policies and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments and evidence-based social work interventions.

• Provide counsel and crisis intervention services to patients facing emotional and behavioral challenges, performing assessments to tailor treatment accordingly.

• Consult and coordinate effectively with families and support systems to ensure a holistic approach to client treatment and recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on diverse clients in transitional phases of detoxification and recovery. This role involves working with individuals who deal with addiction, mental health challenges, trauma, and related issues. A deep understanding of these populations will enable you to tailor therapeutic modalities to meet their unique needs, supporting their journey toward recovery and improved quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling with an emphasis on clinical practice.

• An active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
