Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, addiction, and interpersonal challenges. You will employ evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to guide your patients towards recovery.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients, taking into account their mental, emotional, and social functioning, to establish a baseline and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at providing peer support and shared coping strategies, enhancing the treatment process through mutual understanding and community.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals, including physicians, nurses, and fellow social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care, sharing psychological insights that inform treatment strategies and shape patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
