Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized virtual therapy sessions for clients, adapting approaches based on diverse needs and presenting issues.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans in accordance with best practices, client preferences, and evolving therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions to encourage peer support and communal healing, enabling clients to share insights and experiences in a safe environment.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive client care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active LICSW license in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
