Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to effectively understand and diagnose clients’ mental health concerns, allowing for the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring adaptability to each client's specific needs and goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and ensuring appropriate resources are available.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines to protect client privacy.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic support for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues and treatment options, advocating for their rights and facilitating access to community resources.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
