Land Survey Project Coordinator (In Office)

What We Do Coordinate the land survey process, ensuring timely and complete delivery of ALTA Land Title Surveys while maintaining communication with clients and vendors. Coordinate travel and schedules with field operations, plan projects, allocate resources, track status, and resolve issues, often in coordination with other teams and projects. How You'll Contribute Assist Land Survey Specialists in administering and coordinating ALTA Land Title Surveys Prepare forms and maintain logs and databases for information management and billing Track project information, follow up on issue status, resolve routine issues, and report status Gather information and prepare ongoing reports and databases for management Prepare and send communications to a wide range of team members, including vendors Process various information such as title and zoning details and distribute to appropriate parties Perform quality control reviews of ALTA Land Title Surveys and review quality control comments Perform additional duties as assigned What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent 1–3 years of experience General analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organization and prioritization, and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Customer-focused with a positive outlook and a willingness to work in a team environment Experience reading title and/or land surveys Pay Range $14.46 – $19.28 hourly (base rate; may vary based on job‑related factors) Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO/paid sick leave, and an employee stock purchase plan.
