Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Deliver engaging therapy sessions via secure video calls, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA).

• Assist clients in navigating complex emotional challenges related to PTSD, employing structured tools and interventions to facilitate healing.

• Manage a caseload of clients, documenting progress, and making referrals to additional services when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ICD-9 standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance treatment strategies and ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Facilitate family counseling sessions to strengthen relationships and foster supportive environments for the clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on supporting a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing PTSD, anxiety disorders, depressive symptoms, and a multitude of behavioral health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current California state licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) is essential to practice.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct therapy or counseling experience, particularly in a digital or telehealth setting.

• Proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, ABA, and other evidence-based approaches is crucial.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients from various backgrounds, showing empathy and cultural awareness.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills to maintain client care standards and compliance.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
