Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification (or eligibility for certification)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small group instruction to meet students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to support student success
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and required documentation
• Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and assistive technologies
• Track and report student progress, participating in meetings as needed
• Create a positive, structured, and supportive classroom climate
