Experienced marketers will find a full-time salaried Senior Conversion Rate Optimization Manager opportunity focused on designing, building, and optimizing high-performing WordPress landing pages to enhance Google Ads performance and increase conversion rates in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Own landing page performance by designing and optimizing WordPress pages to support Google Ads strategies Drive Google Ads Quality Score through improvements in landing page experience, ad relevance, and expected click-through rates Develop a testing culture by executing A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion paths and user journeys Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, landing page optimization, or performance marketing Expert level experience building and optimizing WordPress landing pages Strong understanding of Google Ads Quality Score and its impact on campaign performance Experience with A/B testing and structured experimentation to improve conversion rates Strong copywriting skills focused on lead generation
