Job Description
The Accounts Payable Clerk plays a crucial role in managing the financial obligations of the company by processing invoices, maintaining accurate expense records, and ensuring timely payments. This position requires strong attention to detail and familiarity with accounting software to support the finance team effectively.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for payment
- Prepare and submit expense reports
- Enter financial data accurately into the system
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in accounts payable
- Associate Degree in Accounting or related field
- Proficiency in accounts payable and accounting software, especially QuickBooks
- Strong data entry skills
