Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and establish treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, accounting for pre-crisis and crisis scenarios.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies in collaboration with clinical teams to enhance the accuracy of diagnoses and interventions.

• Maintain timely compliance with documentation requirements per regulatory standards, ensuring that all paperwork aligns with organizational practices.

• Actively participate in accreditation processes, working with teams to uphold organizational excellence.

• Serve as a vital liaison for clients to external service systems, state agencies, and community partners, facilitating access to needed resources.

• Foster effective communication with stakeholders to promote adherence to contracts and enhance Diamond Path Counseling’s mission within the community.

• Establish relationships with local and state agencies, private organizations, and potential partners to expand resources, identification of funding sources, and program promotion.

• Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities such as attending conferences and workshops, and represent the organization in relevant statewide meetings and committees.

• Integrate and embody the agency’s mission and values in daily practice and interactions.
\n
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the clinic’s goals and operations.
