Responsibilities:

• Provide direct classroom support to teachers, assisting with lesson implementation and student engagement.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students needing additional help.
• Support students’ social and emotional growth by fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assist with classroom management and reinforce school expectations and routines.
• Modify instructional materials and activities under teacher guidance to meet individual student needs.
• Help supervise students during transitions, meals, and on field trips as required.
• Accurately document student progress and communicate relevant information to the teaching team.
