Operations Manager

Operations Manager Location: Hybrid opportunity. Role Summary As an Operations Manager at Insight, you will plan, manage and coordinate personnel and processes within the operations area, ensure operational expectations are met for internal and external customers, supervise staff, maintain positive relationships with partners and clients, and report on metrics and SLA adherence.
