Bilingual Sales Representative (English/Spanish) – Event Sales

Location: The Center (Formally the CNN Center), Atlanta, GA
Dates: Sunday, June 14 & Monday, June 15
Pay: $15/hour

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Representative for a special event at the CNN Center selling women and girls accessories and clothing. Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

This is an active sales role. You will not be operating a cash register or waiting for customers to approach you. Successful candidates must be comfortable initiating conversations, engaging strangers, identifying customer interest, and helping drive sales.

If you enjoy talking to people, have a positive attitude, and are confident approaching customers, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach and engage customers
• Start conversations and create interest in products
• Answer questions and communicate product benefits
• Assist customers through the sales process
• Maintain a professional and enthusiastic attitude
• Represent the company positively throughout the event

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Minimum 2 years of retail or direct sales experience
• Comfortable approaching strangers and initiating conversations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to and from the CNN Center
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Must be available on both event dates

Schedule

The event operates from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Shift lengths may vary depending on event traffic and staffing needs. Associates may work anywhere from approximately 4–10 hours during event hours. Flexibility is required.
