In this role, you will:Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and vendor paymentsReceive, record, and deposit school funds accurately and securelyPrepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and reconciliationsAssist with audits and maintain detailed financial documentationTrack classroom, grant, and program expendituresMaintain compliance filings, including Secretary of State documentationSupport purchasing and inventory tracking for materials, supplies, and equipmentProvide professional, courteous service to staff, vendors, auditors, and board membersServe as a reliable resource to managers and department leads on fiscal proceduresHandle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalismDrive to local sites such as banks or the post office as neededMaintain confidentiality and uphold the school’s mission and valuesQualifications and SkillsRequired experience with Specialized Data Systems/LINQ softwareMust be a notary public or willing to become one within six months of hireStrong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practicesAbility to work effectively with auditors, board members, and administratorsHighly organized, reliable, and detail-orientedSkilled at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to confidentiality, integrity, and excellence #J-18808-Ljbffr Community Leadership Academy Inc
