Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our hospital facility, where you will work within a dynamic and supportive team of healthcare professionals. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, allowing for a stable work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and gather comprehensive medical histories to ensure accurate diagnoses and appropriate treatment planning.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient treatment plans across a broad age range, from newborns to seniors.
• Perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests such as labs and imaging, and devise tailored treatment strategies based on individual patient needs.
• Administer vaccinations and medications while also educating patients on preventive health measures and necessary lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor and manage chronic health conditions, coordinating specialty referrals when necessary and ensuring continuity of care.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system to accurately document patient encounters and maintain detailed health records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and staying updated with the latest medical advancements.
• Emphasize preventive care using proactive strategies to enhance patient wellness and overall quality of life.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while building strong, trusting relationships with both patients and their families.
• Ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards, maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
