National Sales Executive (sometimes referenced as Sales Executive or Sales Leader)
Compensation
$100,000–$150,000 base salary, with flexibility for the right candidate
Location
Preference for Tennessee-based or remote candidates; company is based in Chattanooga, TN
Company Size/Type
Small, efficient freight brokerage (~8 employees, ~$12M revenue in 2025), specializing in open deck (flatbed) freight, with a niche in boat hauling but diversified into steel, cranes, and roofing materials

95% cradle-to-grave brokerage (full lifecycle management of freight)

Candidate Requirements
- Strong sales skills
- Transferable book of business is highly valued
- Experience in over-the-road trucking (open to freight forwarders with ocean experience)
- Must fit the company's culture and be able to work on-site (all current employees are on-site in Chattanooga)
