Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that utilize various therapeutic modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the latest rehabilitation technologies.
• Monitor and document each patient's treatment progress and modify therapy plans based on patient response to the interventions provided.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, rehabilitation protocols, and the use of assistive devices to ensure continuity of care beyond the facility.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the facility to promote a multidisciplinary approach to patient care aimed at achieving optimal recovery outcomes.
• Stay current with industry trends, advancements in therapy techniques, and regulatory standards by participating in ongoing education, workshops, and professional development activities.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
