Bookkeeper/Office Administrator

Job Description Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for: · Processing clients' payroll including scheduling payroll tax deposits, processing direct deposit payments, and preparing quarterly and annual payroll tax forms. · Performing bookkeeping services for various clients including data entry and reconciling bank and credit card accounts. · Report and tax return assembly and other administrative tasks. · Processing client billing invoices, collecting payments, and posting transactions. · Processing accounts payable for our firm. · Answering phones and being the initial point of contact for our clients. Candidates should possess the following skills: · Be detail oriented. · Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. · Have an understanding of basic accounting. · Have an understanding of QuickBooks accounting software. · Have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
