Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and communications with external agencies, adhering to established standards of practice in social work.

• Demonstrate expertise in the DSM diagnostic criteria for childhood disorders, employing this knowledge to guide assessments and interventions.

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as behavior modification, assertiveness training, and supportive therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of students and their families.

• Conduct thorough assessments and gather relevant information regarding patients' medical, social, and emotional circumstances using effective interviewing techniques and interdisciplinary consultations.

• Develop and periodically review individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments, addressing cultural and spiritual concerns pertinent to each family.

• Facilitate educational and therapeutic group sessions, ensuring that goals are documented and participant engagement is actively monitored.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will focus primarily on children and adolescents within the school setting, providing support for a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
