Patient Communications Specialist I

Mountain Park Health Center is seeking a Patient Communication Specialist I to serve as the first point of contact for patients, the public, and other entities, handling inbound calls, texts, and chat while documenting through our systems. You will greet patients, schedule and update appointments, route calls to the correct departments, answer general questions, and support care teams.
