This position is fully remote, with the option of an outpatient office setting for in-person collaboration when desired. You will enjoy a flexible work schedule, enabling you to manage your caseload effectively, with typical hours ranging from 10 to 30 billable hours per week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Administer outpatient mental health treatments, including comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and short-term counseling tailored to individual needs.

• Manage all aspects of psychotherapy delivery, such as case management, treatment planning, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for individuals and families.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to ensure the highest quality of care in various therapy modalities, including individual, group, and couples therapy.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments while collaborating with psychiatrists and psychologists to devise optimal treatment plans for clients.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies and develop therapeutic activities designed to meet diverse clinical needs.

• Engage actively in clinical team meetings to contribute ideas and feedback for improving patient outcomes and care quality.

• Maintain accurate therapy documentation and reports, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to remain abreast of advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Holistic Mind Wellness Center, you will primarily serve individuals and families facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and co-occurring disorders. By leveraging our telehealth platform, you will provide compassionate, client-centered care that embraces the unique experiences and cultural contexts of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license or equivalent, such as a Psy.D, to practice in Pennsylvania.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting, with proficiency in both in-person and telehealth delivery methods.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and clinical assessment tools.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience with electronic health records and telehealth platforms.

• Familiarity with crisis intervention methods and treatment for co-occurring disorders.

• Background in participating in Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) or similar therapeutic frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits\n
