Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic services to individuals, groups, or families, focusing on various mental health issues.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand client needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans that adhere to ethical and legal standards.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment progress records using our HIPAA-compliant EHR system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and interpersonal relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LPCC license in California is required for this position.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
