Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that cater to each client's specific needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions using various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to foster positive outcomes.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting techniques based on client dynamics and group interactions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, sharing insights and relevant observations that support comprehensive treatment.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring privacy and accuracy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits
