Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients in need of therapy due to injury, illness, or surgical recovery.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans through evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the use of specialized equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and document treatments accurately in alignment with healthcare regulations and best practices, ensuring timely adjustments to therapies as required.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, home exercise programs, and the use of any prescribed assistive devices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other healthcare providers, to enhance patient outcomes and support comprehensive care.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through workshops, continuing education opportunities, and participation in professional organizations to stay current in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a physical therapist at Constant Physical Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient demographic, spanning children to seniors, each with unique rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Proficiency in the use of electronic medical record systems and standard office software applications.
• A flexible and resilient approach to patient care, adapting quickly to changing circumstances and patient needs.

Preferred Experience

• Prior work experience as a physical therapist is appreciated but not mandatory; we encourage new graduates to apply.

Compensation and Benefits
