Client Overview:

This organization is a leading innovator in the health and wellness sector, specializing in the development and manufacture of high-quality products designed to support overall well-being. Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$22/hr - $25/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Listen actively, identify customer needs, and provide accurate information and solutions.
• Troubleshoot basic product and service issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures while maintaining a personable approach.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including call quality, handle time, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer experience.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to all company policies, including attendance, confidentiality, and data security.

Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:

• 2+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred.

• Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems quickly.
• Ability to type and navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Coursework or training in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
